For example, do doctors have legal a basis to choose whether to participate in only the PPO plans for a health insurance company and not in their HMOs? What if the insurance company farms out its credentialing to a 3rd party payor? Any one know the section in the code ov virginia that would be applicable to this?

I want to let certain co-workers know they have treated me like ****. However I am new, both are my preceptors and one to become one of my supervisors after graduating. I just want to be clear and honest and get the respect I deserve. However, I don't want to cause "bad blood" or create hostility since I am the new employee.I know as an African -American female they being caucasin will automatically see my being so blunt as aggressiveness and I don't want to come off as such and lose my job as I have seen many black women on my job lose their jobs for this specific reason when standing their ground but I have had enough! I physically hate coming to work, clock watch, and conteplate quitting daily but I have to pay the bills.

I've heard that if I ask a bill collector (collection agency) not to call me by phone that they have to obey and not call me again. Is this true? I have a really nasty collector that calls EVERY DAY, sometimes more than once a day! I have asked them repeatedly to contact me by mail only and they are just the rudest and most harrassing people I have ever dealt with. They say that until the bill is paid in full they can call me as much as they want. And they do - all day, every day.

Is there any legal remedy? I am willing to pay a lawyer to write them a cease and dissist letter but I need to have a law to cite in it. PLEASE help!

I'm looking for a good answer. I already finished 2 years of college at age 20 and I'm looking for experienced people to answer my question. I have yet to decide what I want to get a Bachelor's degree in. What is the growing business out there? Sales? Computers? Music? I am looking for a job that is certain to have a job oppening as soon as I graduate in that field. I was going to get a Bachelor's in Psychology, however many people told me that it is very hard to get a job in that field. So I simply quit on that subject. We all want cash, and lots of it. But is there some amount that would do us more harm than good? If you were to get one check per year (guaranteed) for the rest of your life. How much would the check be for? Based on my calculations if I stayed single, and had just one girlfriend and a few friends my safe zone would be under $200,00 per year. That's probably too high! In a few years I might be less happy than I am now although I feel financially miserable right now. Count your blessings!

Im in the middle of bankruptcy and the laywer advise me to walk away from this second property i have. He laid out the future to me... my house is only worth 30 thous i owe around 51 thous and if i rent i profit only around 200 dollars with at 700 a month, not to mention will be less with toliet and other problem if it arise during tenant living area. i have about 16 more years to pay off on this property ...the house's age is around over 30 years old and its not brick type and mention that i would put more money in the future's repair due to deterioration adding on to the mortgage.
im tempted to walk away and hes guaranteed me the bank mortgage cant touch me under bankrupcty protection law.
for those who experiences and expertise what do you think and what advice do you have?

Ten years ago I thought of the name "An Affair to Remember" and found that it was available - today I researched it again and found it was trademarked 7 years ago. NOW i'm stuck.
