how can i get a home loan with a 554 score even if i make good money? heres da catch I get a 1099 for the first time this year because i had to leave new orleans for katrina help!!!!!!!!!

500 is about the minimum score to qualify for a loan. Without trying to limit you to particular lenders, I would contact one that specializes in "B" lending. These include American Equity Mortgage, Ameriquest Mortgage, FirstNLC/The Lending Center,e tc. Contact their online websites in your area to get connected to a lender in your state.
