Like what the above person said, I'd go to the labor board, or whatever the governing agency is in your state.
I had to file a claim against a former employer. It took about 3 months to get a hearing. I had kept track of all paychecks I received and all the hours I had worked and was given a judgment in my favor.
However... 2 years later i have yet to receive a dime... The attorney general is pursuing my former employer, who has since gone out of business, but they are now going after the owner personally.
So even though I have not received my money, at least I have a judgment and hopefully will someday get my money. And at least I know that he will not be able to get another business license in the state until the matter is settled.
Good luck to you.

Get in touch with the payroll department or the person who writes the cheques. Do you have a written account of your hours? If so, contact the personnel department and tell them you will pick up your check. They should have it in their possession. If you cannot get it from them, tell them you will be back in a few days to pick it up. There is no excuse for them not having your pay check.
Legally, they can pay you all monies owing to you by the next pay period.

File a claim with the US Department of Labor and your state department of labor. One or the other will take precedence, depending on gross volume of the business, they will advise which department, then pursue it ! It will take 6 months, but you'll get your money.

I would suggest contacting the person in charge of your payroll.
