i have a second interview coming up and i was wondering if i should dress as nice as i did for the first one or more casual(1st one i wore black pants and a button down shirt with nice shoes)

Definitely come dressed. They, the employer, want to see how you'll present yourself if your an employee. The way you come to the interview is the way you would come to work, so for the time being, dress nice with slacks and the button down shirt. Also, make sure your shoes are nice and marks are buffed out.

I work as an Employment Specialist. It is always recommended to dress professionally when going for an interview. It shows that you really care about making a good impression.

Dress the same as you did the first time...obviously you made a good impression with your appearance so they will be expecting the same this time as well. Good luck

dress for the job dont wear a 3 piece suit if your applying for a construction job, but dont wear cut offs if your goin for a banking posistion. Just what ever you'd wear if you were hhired just step it up a little bit.
