Definitely come dressed. They, the employer, want to see how you'll present yourself if your an employee. The way you come to the interview is the way you would come to work, so for the time being, dress nice with slacks and the button down shirt. Also, make sure your shoes are nice and marks are buffed out.

I work as an Employment Specialist. It is always recommended to dress professionally when going for an interview. It shows that you really care about making a good impression.

Keep in line with your first interview outfit. You don't want to slack off already! Good luck to you! I had an interview today at a place I've been wanting to work for years and hired on the spot!

Yes, you should dress just as professionally, and nicely as you did for the first interview.

Congrats that you made it to your 2nd interview. But still dress professionally for every interview that you go to until you land the job you want.

dress for the job dont wear a 3 piece suit if your applying for a construction job, but dont wear cut offs if your goin for a banking posistion. Just what ever you'd wear if you were hhired just step it up a little bit.
