That's like asking what a movie looks like without going to the theater.

Not at this point in time. Avon's policy is a face to face meeting. They still believe that the personal touch is the best way to get someone started, but they are looking into other methods to become even more competitive in the marketplace. Old habits die hard and they want to be sure they are doing the right thing and putting systems in place to protect their integrity.

If I were to start my Avon business over again I would be selective in who I would meet with. I would start by supporting a fellow work at home person (leadership representative) and I would talk to more than one leader to see who I clicked with and who I felt I got the best information from. This is usually a sign that they know what they are doing and that they will support you in your new business. In this way you get to "choose your boss" so to speak. That's one thing you cannot do with a traditional job.

You can find leadership representatives in your area by going to www.youravon.com and clicking on "Find a Representative". Either enter in your zip code or city and state. When the list of eRepresentatives comes up for your area check out their websites and look for the "Opportunity" page. This page only shows on the websites of leadership representatives. Contact them and start asking questions. Then choose the one who gives the best answers.

No you cant, why dont u want to meet up? If its a trust problem just meet somewhere at a mall or something, but you cant just sign up online or anything. And if you want to see if theyre a rep. ask if they have a website or call avon and ask them if their name or number is in their records
