Should I have rights to the pattern alone, or both the finished product and pattern?

If someone could help me that is in the creative or communications field that would be great. Hello there my name is danielle giorlando and i am an advertising and marketing student at florida international university in miami. I am currently taking a creative class and we have to interview someone in the creative field. I was wondering if you would be able to please get back to me by tonight. I am very interested in what you would have to answer to the questions. If you could just take a little time out that would be great. You only have to answer less then a paragraph for each question and like I said it would be soooo greatly appreciated, and in advance thank you for your time.

1. What is your job descripition and what does one day entile you to do? What company do you work for?(you dont have to answer the company name if you do not want to.)

2. What is your definition of creativity?

3. Where do you get your creative ideas from?

I am an administrative worker for a clinical research company and am hourly. I have accrued about 60 hours of vacation time, about a day of sick hours and a day or so of "personal" hours. If I give two weeks notice and refuse to stay longer even if they want me to can they take any of these earned hours away from me?

I have a question reguarding the termination of my job.I work for a vehicle inspection company.I moved out of state and stayed with the company, but after 3 weeks they ran out of work for me.He would periodically send me emails updating me on what was going on, when I should receive my company laptop that is a must(which I never got), and so on.I found out yesterday from a letter from my health ins. company that I have been terminated! When I called my boss, he sounded as if nothing happened.He told me as soon as I move back to my prev. address and can go back to my prev. work site, I will have my job back."I am a great worker and is happy to have me, but until I am back at the auction I have been terminated."I had no notice of termination, and according to my ins. company I was terminated 2 weeks ago!Not only is that, I believe illegal, but just outright rude.I have medical problems that need attention and a 4 yr old son.I am not sure what to do.My old boss is also taking action.

Our payweek ends on Sun. Checks are available for pick up on Wed. but direct deposit s are not available untill Thurs. morning. Is that legal? I am in New York State.

purchased goods online from a company that sells paintball goods. promised me 2 weeks delivery time. its been 2 months yet i havnt received anything. sent countless emails already. they even gave me a USPS tracking number after a month of wait just to make me expect that the goods were coming. guess what.... no goods yet. a forum that i went to are full of complaints with their service. what can i do to get my money back or even more, get back at these fools?

I have an interview Monday morning and I need an excuse to give to the boss to get the morning off. But I can't use workmen coming to the house, that was the excuse for an interview last week. It can't be going to the docs, as I am in the middle of treatment and am not due back to the docs until the following week. It can't be the dentist, was there last month. It can't be the opticians either, my opticians is just up the road from work and wouldn't take all morning.

Help! Officially I don't have to give a reason but it is good manners to, but then again I hate lying. What a state to get in! Can anyone give me some common sense and a way out of my dilemma.

I have a job interview tomorrow and part of the application process is me taking the "Hartmann" test. Does anyone know kind of test this is? I am interviewing for a marketing position and all of my research on the internet keeps coming up with some sort of physics or math related test. This does not sound practical.

I need to know how i can go about doing that, i have had a roof leak in my ceiling for about 4 months and every time I call and ask when it is going to be fixed they tell me in the next few days!! I still have about 7 months on my lease and now i dont know what to do my walls and ceiling is growing mold. I have spoke to the leasing office and they wont say anything besides the roofers are coming in a few days.... last friday the regular maintience man came out and looked at the roof and put caluck on the inside of my roof in the attic but i thought that was for sealing bathtubs and we are about to get another down pour tonight!! what should i do??

Which is the fairer way to offer/price health insurance benefits -- just two choices for employee only or family, or a wider arrange of choices that separate out couples without kids or single adults with kids (also covering cases where the adult's spouse is separately insured). I've seen arguments from HR experts that more categories helps encourage families to take advantage of spouse insurance, but I've also seen complaints from employees that this change comes across as very family-unfriendly; your thoughts? It is in a bank account right now and it is getting 0.89% interest. I want to buy a motorcycle in a few months, but if i make a good return on this money than the motorcycle can wait. They assured us we would have a support line- it'a an answering machine and no one ever calls back. The website I was promised will not pull up. And they charged us 2xs last month, they did a reversal but we still had a induffiecent funds fee that they refuse to refund for us even though it was there mistake.
