No it is not illegal.. but difficult. If you need banking facilities you will need someone to support you.
I used to import Rubics Cubes when I was 14 in the 80s was better than a paper round.

It depends on the type of business. You need to talk to the local Business License Administration, and see what you need to do for the type of business you are going to do. If you are talking about cutting grass or doing a freelance service don't worry about the legalitlies just make some money.

yes, it is, but guardian has to sign for bank account, credit is available to those at eighteen, deal in cash only. you can make arrangements to oversee the running of a co, until you are of age, LF
