They assured us we would have a support line- it'a an answering machine and no one ever calls back. The website I was promised will not pull up. And they charged us 2xs last month, they did a reversal but we still had a induffiecent funds fee that they refuse to refund for us even though it was there mistake.

If they are charging you electronically cancel/close the account that is being charged.

Contact the credit card provider and file a complaint, state to them that you have tried in good faith to resolve the problem with the merchant but have not gone anywhere, they can put a stop on it.

If a bank account do the same as above. But still close the account.

Yup, close the account. And if you are set to automatically withdraw, instruct the bank not to permit them to make further withdrawals: That's what others I know have had to do with less-than-reliable companies.
