When you recruit and your workers do work, don't you, as the business owner, make money? Is it wrong that you override them?
Some people say it is, others say its necessary to run the business.

For people who say its a scam, why do you think so?

well the idea of owning a business is to make money the more staff you have the more u can possible make, the laws of making money!!

Yes, as the business owner you make money. No, it is not wrong to be paid overrides.
Those who call it a scam, do not understand network marketing. It is merely an alternative way for a company to sell a product. When they have a product that they don't want to get lost on store shelves, they choose to market it through the field. The money they save on advertising, brick and mortar stores, employees, etc. they choose to pay to the people in the field. They make it enticing by offering more money to those who do the most work. I think that's a far better method of sales for me because I am paid in direct proportion to my efforts.
Also, I teach my recruits to do the same thing I do, and we all earn a very lucrative income.
It is totally respectable and a very simple way for the average person to achieve wealth. Nobody gets scammed. Those who cry scam are the ones who were not believing in their product and therefore not doing what it takes to be successful. If you have the right product and the right attitude, you can find great wealth and success.
