lock box on the air conditioner control, which is set at 75, being a hair salon that's not comfortable, today she came in and turned it off, wow it was HOT, my lease only said's she pays for electric water and trash. is it legal to with hold air conditioning in Florida in a commercial building

Due to an accident and a train, plus it rained for the entire 3 hour trip so I had to drive a little slower. Do you think I won't be considered for the position? I just posted my first products on eBay, selling them in Auction Format. Now I have found that my goods are watched by some people, but no bids. I think they just wait until it's about to close then place a bid. Is the game just being played this way? Can I do something to boost my price, I mean, I just don't want to lose money. If I'm selling at these original prices, I am losing money.

I don't want to cheat anyone, or make a big profit. I just want to sell it at my expected price.

Oh, I hate auctions!

I handle the billing for a single provider therapy practice. We have several clients who are terribly deliquent (like over 6 months) for very large amounts of money. As my employer is self employed, this is the money she counts on as her salary. Because of the nature of the work she does, she can not claim the unpaid fees as a loss on her taxes and taking clients to court has proven difficult and extremely costly as many simply file a malpractice suit as a way to head it off. My question is ..can we report these patients to the credit bureaus? I only want to know if it is possible for small, privately owned businesses to do so and how to go about it. Privacy and information compliance issues I can find out about from other sources. Thanks!!

Ok....I really want this job and I feel that I'm will qualified but don't know how answer this question with out sounding dumb...repecting myself..The job the I'm applying for is Instructional Aid for severely handicapped school kids

MY Qualifications are:
volunter for school and science camp,dependable, realiable,pre-med student, great attendent school/work,have assist teacher in class rooms, have clerical experience, American red cross emergency responser, AED trained,First Aid & CPR,
Lived with twin with Down syndrome
and help take care for handicapped grandmother
I could list a number of other experiences that have directed me towards becoming a physician, but ultimately I think that the reason why I want to become a doctor is God gave me a desire and a compassion for people who are suffering whether it is physically, spiritually, mentally or emotionally. And I believe that the job of a physician encompasses all four of these different attributes and allows for healing of the whole person.
