has this happened to anyone?

i am being charged double for all my transactions.... is this just a computer glitch on their part.? going to the bank tomorrow to fix this problem..

me and the guys i used to work with all had washington mutual accounts. notice i say had we all changed banks because of what the are doing to you. their were 10 of us we tried to talk to them the first time they fixed it. after that they said their was no problem, so we all went in together and took are money out and made sure all the customers at the bank knew why we were doing it. i don`t know how many other people closed out their accounts that day, but i know their was a lot. this happened like 7 years ago you would think they would have stopped doing by now.
