I moved to a different state for a job which didnt work out. I am in the process of relocating back to Michigan once I have employment. I already have housing in MI so should I use that address or my current out of state address? I want employers to know that I already found housing and that will not be an issue. So should I use my current address, MI address or both?

I've been seeing these commercials about ING DIRECT and today I received a mailer from them. It seems simple enough but I can't help but think there's some hidden catch or charges (maybe to withdraw money??) If you've had personal experience with them, how as it been? I'm leery...

I just want to build a small to average size house and sell it. I have built, remodeled, added on to and renovated many homes for many years. Its a real passion but for other reasons I got involved in medical. I would like to again build a house to sell. Home warranties were always a buyers option. Im noticing in all the various cities permit requirements that the builder must provide a standard warranty (cost to builder is determined by the sale price of the house). Is this a federally madated rule and would it apply to me just building one house, or have the local beauracracies gotten too big for their own good? And what about building outside city limits(county)?

This was a construction loan on a home. Co-signer did not authorize or sign on a 2nd note. Borrower is in default and possibly foreclosure. Current total obligation is higher than market value of home. If property does go into foreclosure how can the co-signer prevent being responsible for the 2nd note? No cash available to just dump into property.
