Do you really want investors or just need financing? The more investors you bring on the less control you will have in the business. Here are some suggestions for financing including investors:

Put together a full and detailed written business proposal and go to the bank. Be prepared to put up your property (land) as collateral. If that doesn't work take your business proposal to sell "bonds" to potential investors (you can start with friends and family and move out to acquaintances).

family, friends - after it's open awhile, if it's making money, might get easier to find additional investors
