Tough to answer.

I had a list of ideas that could be implemented to the same company. which could have increased their outlook, sales, increased revenue and people using their services were more safe and economic.

I was asked an question.
u have stated a lot of items how do we believe u, so I had to explain a couple of points, thinking, I will be accepted. After explaining I was told what is great about it, I was dumbstuck. After about 3 months they had implemented, what I had said and the Sr. Manager took the credit and I was not informed.

Take proper precaution. Everything could not be patented. The primary (and all )discussion should be video taped and proceeded further. talk to more than 2 company (with video) and ask both the company what will u get if this idea is sold to u? likewise strike a deal.

get it patented, if it isnt legally protected then they CAN legally take it and use it as their own, as a matter of fact if a product says patent pending on it, the rights to it can be bought. also try wal-mart i think they have some kind of convention every year for people with new products.

If it concerns a new product you can register a patent
