I found out that my oboe had become mia in the beginning of the month. I don't know what to do. The police can't do anything about it because the company I bought it from did not put the serial number on the reciept. I was going to school for this, and I feel like my entire career has been shattered. I've thought about going to school part time this semester and using my extra loan money to buy an new one, but I'm not sure if that is the best idea either. I've thought about changing my major to something else, but I can't pull myself to doing it. I'm poor so I can't pull an oboe out of the air; I feel like I've been left with no options but to quit or get a new oboe with my loan money. I'm clueless as to what the right decision is here. If there is anyone out there who has any suggestions at all please help me.

WHEN WAR SHALL END IN DARKNESS

Ice cracks and dogs bark
Tires screech, the fire sparks
Lights blink, the wind blows
The hearts bleed, the dying moan
The Needles scratch, the grass is getting long
Drops of blood echo at the beat of the song
The lullaby is silenced during this deathly game
The men keep arguing, what goal remains to their aim?
And now the moon hides, as the blood drips
for all is lost, the broken heart’s finally rip
The lightning strikes as the children scream
And the innocent shall pay for our selfish schemes
The veil of shadows has now devoured the twilight sky
And red blood has been smeared from every battle cry
You can see the painted grins; and you can feel the wrath
You're all alone; in this twisted psychopath
you grab your gun, giving this world it’s one last kiss,
Thunder crashes, with no one left to miss
and now the clock ticks, as the hour strikes
Such fools are we not knowing wrong from right
And the doors slam, and chains will rattle
you thought you’d win the war, but you just lost the battle
And now this scene is set, and all shall go black,
and the curtains are raised, so ends the final act.
By now the Sirens are raging in this dreadful night,
through the sounds of horror, and the gasps of fright.
Through the Intense pain, and the smell of blood
Only the tearing eyes will begin to flood.
They will pull out the bodies one by one,
For they will now and never again see the sun.
And in a lightning flash, there will be no more pretend
The Tears shall fall, as you see the devastating end

My 15 year old daughter wants to be an actress. She fell in love with drama while in her Intro to Literature class and first year drama class. I am trying to be supportive but I know it will be difficult for her. She is a committed Christian. I have suggested that she may be asked to change her values in order to work. How true is that these days? What would you suggest.

I live in Arizona. My game plan is to be in LA by summer 2008. While in Arizona, I want to sign with an agency, one in particular actually. The dilemma is that she is not SAG franchised. I really feel comfortable with this Agent...some larger agencies will not work as hard for you b/c they're such a large agency but she's very persistent and I feel comfortable with her...
I don't have much recent experience. I was enrolled in SAG between 18mo and 4years of age. My goal this year is to take a few acting classes, build my resume with this agent and sign with a SAG franchised agency in LA...
Is it truly that bad to no sign with a SAG franchised agent right now, considering my circumstances??? Or should I go for SAG locally first as opposed to later..????

As a young person, I have noted that most all Americans tend to see a nude body as a sexual object or wrong.. We make laws to stop shuch nudity and the churches speak out against it, yet there is nothing in the bible that speak out against being nude. As a christian nation, why do we hate the bodies GOD made so much to go to these limits? A male or female, young Or old body is just that... Now lets hear YOUR honest views on this...

Why when Harry uses the Resurrection Stone, as he walks into the forest, does he not see Dumbledore? He sees his parents, Sirius, Lupin (who had just died earlier?) He obviously loved and missed Dumbledore (he kept hoping it was his blue eye in the mirror).

I have just finished reading the chapter where Harry and Ron get into their argument and Ron gives up and leaves the tent, dissapparates and he's gone. Harry says he felt something break between them?

What I want to know.......is their friendship over for good or do they reconsile late on it the book?

Please dont spoil anything else for me because I havent read past this chapter
