I have a picture that is about a 7x8 and I would like to make it print out as an 8x10. I am looking for the quickest and easiest way to adjust the size.

It depends on the program you are using. Try finding a place you can click on to adjust the size.

bring to wal-mart or Kinkos and get it enlarged. Or depending on your computer.if you open in window photo gallery will ask what size and just hit 8x10
