The FBI can listen to your conversations even if you’re not on the phone and your mobile is turned off. How? There are little GPS locater devices in all modern cell phones. You can supposedly disable them, but you really can’t.
So, your phone’s turned off and you’re talking to somebody about precious freedoms or whatever and the Feds need to hear this for your prosecution before a military tribunal in Syria, so they use the GPS locater thing to activate the microphone.

True, or just some Fear Propaganda put out on Fox News to keep cranky conservatives in line?

I understand why communism doesn't work but what else can you expect from so many people that are destitute and starving? Of course they're going to steal from the rich and South Vietnam made lots of money, was less populated. Was there any system that could've worked? There's a limit to how much poverty and overpopulation a nation can take before it falls to socialism. Vietnam's the size of Virginia.

it seems to me that men of great stature at that time made some conglomerate religion and forced it upon the masses. And try to hide or destroy any knowledge of old.

FROM MY NOTES:
Center-Weighed would be good for portraits because it pays more attention to the center of the frame. (ok)
Spot Metering seems the best because it says: use when adjusting exposure without the cameras help. (I have my camera on manual so I control the apeture and shutter speed)...
Multi-Segment: divides the scene into several segments to deliver the correct exposure (camera will do all the work)...
Im still having trouble trying to figure out which setting to use for what kind of pictures...I think I have center-weighed pretty good because I do take a lot of portrait pics (outside) so this setting makes sense for these pictures...
As for the other two, Im still a little shady on when I should change settings from Center-Weighed in order to get a better picture for something else I make take pics of instead of portraits outside. *sigh* I hope you can follow me ! lol

So is it possible for a human being to be happy if this person does not strive or look towards something other then him/herself?
With self-transcendence I mean love to somebody or something other then oneself, or faith in GOD, or fulfilling a goal or a task which does not concentrate on ones own physical and emotional well-being.

Thanks for your thoughts about that!

When we see world around, it seems that its technically perfect, for example food chain - big/intelligent animals feeding on small animals. Due to food chain there's balance in nature. But when it comes to emotional side its very sad, the victims in the food chain get mecilessly killed for food or fun. From technical aspect, gods creation is perfect but from emotional aspect it seems he has no mercy. Didn't god had better options in creating this world.

There is an artist that I'm thinking of who was traumatized as a child when they found their dead mother's face covered with a veil. I can't think of who it is, but a famous painting was done by them portraying a man and a woman kissing, but their heads are covered with veils.

If anyone could please tell me who this artist is, it'd be greatly appreciated.

For some background, i am 14 years old and i live in the philippines. I wrote a 117,000 word fantasy novel with a friend (who is currently editing). I want to have a list of agents that will most likely represent my work and also myself.

If you're read Eragon (don't like the author much), i think you would have an idea of the plot structure, but our book, Legion of Fire, is very different in the characters, setting etc. It is some kind of cross between a sci-fi and a fantasy novel. We plan to beat Paolini in terms of age. Really need help . . . fast.
