My grandfather died on this submarine and I wanted to see how many people have actually heard of it. I think it is a shame that this isn't part of history lessons. It is one of the only nuclear subs to go down when we weren't in a time of war. So I just wanted to see if you've heard of it. If you could include your age I would aprreciate it.

What makes an actual book legally a book?, and not simply a publication/article/review/journal/paper? How many pages at minimum does a Book have to be to make at least paperback form, and to be sold at no less then $10.00 a copy? I have a work in progress for fiction/non-fiction and wanted to know exactly what it takes to get it published as a "book", I realize technology today is kinda putting a damper on "Printed" Media, and I think this may be one of the more serious questions on Yahoo! Answers that doesn't have an exact answer many places online, so I can't simply "search" for it and thus am properly using Yahoo! Answers, hope you are happy? Oh and furthermore are citations needed for a book? do I have to quote sources becuase its a completely original work of fiction/non-fiction too, thus I don't need any sources. Thanks for all the serious intelligent answers. ;)

I have been presented with both versions, and both are very massive. I do not know which version to begin with. Please give me a reasonably detailed answer as to what differences I may expect between the two books.

I'm in the general chorus and about to audition for a harder and better chorus. I really want to get in, but I'm scared to death about auditioning in front of the whole chorus and my friends (et all) so tips on auditioning in the first place would be helpful. I also would like singing tips-sometimes my voice strains when I sing even normal notes for my (?) alto section. Plus, I'm very rusty on reading music, so tips on symbols and especially counting rhythms and beats and time signatures, help would all that would be GREATLY!! appreciated. I would really like to get in easily, even though only about 1/3 of the people who audition get in. Please help! Thank you for your time and (hopefully) your great answers!

Compass found near mines in New Mexico. Cardinal directions and numbers engraved. "Made in France" also engraved. Made of silver, which is very tarnished. Glass covering disintigrating around edges, and is not completely clear.

I have looked on Amazon.com, Borders, Walden Books, Bookfinders.com and at one of the best libraries in Illinois but I cannot find a copy of 2006 Financial Aid and Assistance for Ex-Offenders-A Comprehensive Resource Directory. Does anyone out there have any idea where I can get one? I saw an advertisement at about $55.00 for this 248 page paperback in the UK but I'm hopeful that some of you many helpful people out there are better at locating things than I am. Thanks.
