Every year - in addition to regularly staged shows - our group does a couple of play readings. We prefer to use a good sized cast (6 or more) - with "Big" characters who can be differentiated through their voices. Don't want to do Neil Simon or A. R. Gurney. (they are already in the season) We've done "You Can't Take It With You" and "Lone Star" in the past and both worked well.

Except for the brother-sister connection of course.

Secondly, does age play any significant role in this?

I'd like to learn salsa or latin dance, but I can't find any place I could learn it, except Northampton, MA and that's too far. I live in Claremont, NH, which is a little less than two hours north. For Christmas 2005, I gave my younger sister a latin dance DVD and she apparently has no interest.

You can make up the story but the things in Macbeth's Act 2 sc.3 should be happening in the background. You can be a servant even if it is not mentioned in the play.

The narrative is bound to be in first person if not it is reccommended.
