First there is 'desire' which effects primal substance(unqualified matter); that desire outpictures as a concept, thought or image. When enough energy is accumulated and projected into the feeling and thought then the physical manifestation/creation takes place.

Yes,Simply put all thought you allow to remain in your mind, imbued with faith or emotion reflects back into your subconscious mind which is the creative mind of God and it will come to pass. Read "as a man thinketh" by James Allen and "three magic words" by U S Andersen. Three magic words, i feel, is less than perfect but still very good.

I read somewhere that thoughts/ideas are derived from the space around atoms. Not sure about all of the details but it's an interesting theory.
