I have researched the disorders thoroughly and i am positive that i have ADD/ADHD. I almost cried when researching because it was so dead on and i felt like i can be helped. It really affects me during school and while trying to do homework. I told them i thought i had it and they just laughed. All i want is for them to take me to get tested for it. They refuse. It is so frustrating, and i think that they don't know what its like to have these disorders so they wouldnt understand.

AND ADVICE???

TNA seems to be making some of the women on its show out to be submissive b!tches? Like...Ms. Brooks, Sharmell and Karen Angle.

I have been counting calories for a really long time now. Making sure not to exceed 1200 a day which is the norm from my weight and height. However, the past few days (maybe because of the holidays) i've not been eating the healthiest.
Im just wondering if this is an ok way to eat for a day or so.. its been about 2 days.. and today i had..
Breakfast: yogurt
Lunch: 1 slice of plain pizza
(ran on the tred mill and burned 230 calories)
Dinner: South Beach 300 calorie chicken and broclie with apple sauce
Snack: SmartStart 90 Calorie Ice cream
that made me have a total of 1,090 calories for today. Is that an ok way of eating or should i change it?
I guess im basiclly asking your oppinion, but please be kind & thanks in advance for your help =]]

My wedding is coming up soon and My fiance and I both decided that we will just look together for our wedding bands and we want to get them engraved with something special..I got my band from macy's because it was on sale, but I don't know where to get it engraved at? it just quit working and I think it has been "fried" by a virus. I have transferred a virus detection program from my laptop to my dads computer to scan it and I was gonna find the virus and remove it,but does anyone else have a plan.

I have a friend who lost her job with a Dell call center in Oregon & she is trying to find government or private people that provide funding to start a small business. She tried the Small Business Association, but they require adequate equity investment, evidence of ability to repay the loan from earrnings & reasonable amount of collateral. Also, they do NOT provide grants.
She has researched the business she wants to start, but she cannot meet the requirements of the SBA & she would prefer grant money. Like she told them, over half of ALL new businesses fail within the 1st 5 years due to lack of operating capital & they want me to pay THEM back instead of being able to put the money back into the business to see that it succeeds. ANY IDEAS from you folks????
Do you know of anyone who has gotten a business grant & from whom it came????

I love to lift weights, and have just lately started to put up some real serious weight. Recently my parents have really got on my case about how weightlifting is unhealthy? Their saying its bad for my heart and Ill live a shorter life. Is there any truth behind this?

My mom is a hypocrite. She is nice and polite to everyone else, including my spouse and our little boy, except me. The way she behaves around me I might as well call her a biatch. She talks way too much and nags, she critizes and patronizes me, she acts like she doesn't listen to me when I converse with her politely about anything. When she talks to me, I try to have patience and acknowledge what she says and listen to her, but she will take it too far and start saying things that becomes offensive to me. She doesn't think before she opens her mouth. She makes me mad and one time I tell her I'm not stupid and she had a cow about it. So when I was getting ready to drive her back to the hotel I wanted to make sure she had her seatbelt on and she says "YES! I'm not STUPID!"
When she snapped at me like that, I just ignored her because I knew that I'm more mature than this 58 year old woman. I know she won't change. I swear I will not treat my own kids the way my mom treats me..
