One quick tip addressing the junk food. If you ever go for fast food/junk food, replace that with going to Subway. Also start falling in love with Fruits and Vegetables. You know those fruit mixes sold in grocery stores where is a bunch of different fruit. Those are great. All sodas, beers, drinks, should be diet, lite or no sugar. Google this product called 'Whey Protein'. A lot of football players and Hockey players use it to get more out of their workouts. You mix it with water, and drink after a workout. It is safe, and helped me tremendously. I've been playing competitive Hockey for 15+ years. -Also make sure to take a daily multivitamin.

I believe the most un-sportsmen like player EVER is Todd Bertuzzi Because he not only got susspended for a great amount of games, he also ended Steve Moore's Carrer but possibly runed his life due to a broken neck. This hit was also in retalion to Moore's hit on Bertuzzi which was a little cheap but he has to let things go. Its discusting
