what do we mean by a hollow sphere and a hemisphere. is it hollow from bothe sides or not. if not then what is it. how did we derived the formula of curved ,total,volume .I am really confused. Also, do they have the right to suspend and/or fire you for carrying a cell phone, even if you keep it on silent/vibrate and don't abuse it by making lots of personal calls? I know that employers are concerned about productivity, but why take cell phone privileges away when there are just as many people wasting time on computers (surfing the net or looking at porn when they think no one is watching) or taking excessive breaks to smoke outside! A cell phone may save a person's life, but it is of no use if the employee isn't allowed to carry it!

during the summer i lost about 20lbs [from 138 -118; size 9 -size 5] through treadmill & watching what i eat. when school started, i didnt get to exercise as much because of homework, but i still managed to keep my weight in check through watching what i ate.

so far during school my weight fluctuated between 115-120lbs.
on the 23, i was 119lbs. but since tuesday of last week, i started binge eating but i DO NOT throw up afterwards. & now i can see the weight gain in my stomach and thighs. now i want to lose that weight gain & stop my binge eating.

yesterday & today i did that "special k diet" where i would eat
3/4 cup special k protein plus-1/2 cup nonfat milk-1 tbsp nesquick choco powder [3x]-1 banana @ brkfst, 1 small fuji apple @ lunch&dinner, 1 90 calorie chewy bar for a snack.
once i hit dinner, i started to binge.

how do i stop binge eating? i dont know if its because i stopped eating junk food since summer or if its something else.

Im a healthy 21 year old girl. My boyfriend (of about 9 months)'s parents are always making fun of my eating habits. I'm little. i can't eat very much. and even when i gorge myself (big dinners, holidays, etc.) it never sems like enough for those people. not to be mean, but theyre definately overweight, and i just cant eat as much as they can. and im in shape. ive worked really hard for my body. i dealed with anorexia off and on in high school. i'm completely over it now. but every time they get on me about my portions, it takes me back to how my parent used to watch me eat. his dad's not to bad, but his mom is the worst. tonight i was almost brought to tears because of his mom's comments. ("do you want any?... oh of course not." *eye roll) i know i need to say something to my bf about it, im just not sure how to bring it up. any suggestions....?

What is OCD? What is ADD? whats the difference between the two? how can you tell if you have one or the other? Can you have both?

here is a list of my strange behaviors, do you think i have either of these conditions?

everytime i listen to someone talk i repeat what they say, then spell it out.
i always have to wear a watch. i dont have to see the time, i just have to look at my watch every 10 seconds - 10 minutes or else i flip out.
i change subjects in the middle of sentences, or completely stop talking.
i cant focus on any one subject for longer then 10 mins
I enjoy conversations about things like colors and numbers not about people...

i have a basic understanding of add, and im pretty sure i have it, as for ocd i have no clue... any input is good input

So I'm 15 years old and have been dating this guy for 4 1/2 months. We want to hang out with each other on New Years Eve but I told my Aunt and Uncle I would babysit. They said it was ok if he came over and my mom said it was ok with her if it was ok with them, but my dad doesnt want him too. I really want to spend my New Years Eve with him but idk if I will be able to. Would you let your daughter have him over or not?

I have not seen any candidates that really turns me on for this upcoming presidential election in the U.S. At best they are just routine politicians that just want to be elected to the highest office. I do not see that outstanding leadership qualities that really makes me want to get out and vote. In fact I dont know if we have anyone with the necessary leadership qualities that we need in this troubled economical, foreign policy area, or domestic policies that would guide us towards a resolution to the many problems that this great country is undergoing at present. Where are the Harry Truman's, Roosevelt's, Patton's, McArthur's, I just dont see them. Perhaps McCain's father would have been one such candidate, but, I dont see his father in him. But I guess if he is the only one we got to work with, then he must be the man.

How do I fight the ticket? I went into the court last month and I said I wanted to fight the ticket but she was like you need to pay the ticket first so I asked for more time. I never heard of having to pay the ticket first. So what do I do?

I have had it not very long no syptoms or anything. its smaller then a penny and dosenitch or anything. I wash it with soap and dry it every day. And it fades and shrinks a little every day then. My mom is worried and i told her not to. I looked it up and they say it can be Tinea ringworm but it dosent match anything like they said or look like in the pictures. I woke up with this and i just kept washing it. Is there any remedys to make it go quicker i dont want her worrying about this but she says if i can make it go away then she wont worry, So i need a home remedy please or some way to really shrink it down?? Please awnser ASAP
