My depressive episodes seem to cycle on a 6 month increment. Lasting for six months then i'm advantageous and particularly the optimist, stimulated, and that i accomplish lots of issues for six months greater or much less and then it returns. I only could desire to attend till remissions to circulate off drugs, and while i'm suffering a touch severe episode, the place, say i'm suicidal and not functioning lots in any respect, i circulate lower back on drugs. that's all you're able to do. proceed to work together in treatment- in spite of if its actual psychotherapy, or volunteering, or exercising and eating top- and it will help, and save the medicine for the main severe sessions of your depressive episodes. that's how I take care of it.

A trip to the bathroom would take supreme effort if you had influenza, never mind a night out celebrating.
You have probably got a cold. Either way you are better off at home, not spreading your germs to others. You'll recover quicker too.

You don't want to be "Oh yeah that person who gave me the flu."

Seriously, it's just not worth it. Pop open some champagne at home and kick back.

If you've got proper flu you wouldn't be able to get out of bed. I know, I'm just getting over it, lol. I slept through Christmas Day thanks to it.
Whatever you've got, stay at home & keep your germs to yourself. Don't go out infecting other people!

Stay at home. Trust me, the others going to the party will appreciate it. I'm sure they wouldn't want to catch it.
