What should i use? MIGHT BE Tinea Ringworm kinda unlikly...?

Question

I have had it not very long no syptoms or anything. its smaller then a penny and dosenitch or anything. I wash it with soap and dry it every day. And it fades and shrinks a little every day then. My mom is worried and i told her not to. I looked it up and they say it can be Tinea ringworm but it dosent match anything like they said or look like in the pictures. I woke up with this and i just kept washing it. Is there any remedys to make it go quicker i dont want her worrying about this but she says if i can make it go away then she wont worry, So i need a home remedy please or some way to really shrink it down?? Please awnser ASAP

P.S.
i got 2 cats and 1 dog and none of them had ringworm and i dont go in showers with other people or share clorthing

1: where can i get cortizole is it a pharmcy or a walmart trip???

3: its small isnt scaley dosent bother me fades when i wash it and tap dry it. its on my left arm. FLAT looks close to like a pimple skin is forming over it after washing it. i think it might be healing but i wanna heal it faster.. Also i might be puttng some neosporin on it... Hope that works

P.S.s I CANT GET SHOTS i have a phobia and my parents will severally freak out then

4: i put some rash relife cream on it casue ringworm relifes said rash crea mcan help so i am going to try it out

Ive had this before, plenty of times, just use some Cortizone, and rub it in where the ringworm is and do this twice a day and it should go away. You can get Cortizone from any Store such as Rite Aid, Longs Drugs
