There are no laws that prove time travel possible, correct? If we assume that it is possible and at some point can be successfully carried out...

Does this mean that the human race has gone extinct at some point before reaching this stage and explains why we don't see anyone coming from the future?

What are your comments about this explanation? Does it allow both for the possibility of time travel at some point and the reason as to why we never see it?

Removing Freckles:
Wash your face with sour milk. Lactic acid promotes gentle peeling of skin minus the irritation or dryness.

How would I get sour milk? Do I purposely spoil some milk?

Thanks.

Hello,

I currently have about a $700 budget at the current moment, and noticed that futureship has a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT 8MP SLR Digital Camera With 18-55mm USM Kit for sale on boxing day, $400... is this a good deal?

http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0665000FS10097983&catid=22553&logon=&langid=EN

Or should I just save my cash, and keep saving... and maybe order something off of ebay, like a Nikon 40D kit... for around $700 plus shipping

New to photography, so unsure on what is a better camera, and if the rebel XT is something I should go with...

Had to happen really didn't it, The happiest day of the year and I wake up depressed. I don't mean to bring any of you's down today I am just hoping someone can relate or offer some advice.

When I opened my eyes this morning I just felt like crying, I remembered its Christmas day and I just didn't care, I have heard of people being depressed around christmas because they are lonly or what ever, I am far from it, I have a wife and 2 kids.

I got up and watched the kids opening there presents and was smiling away but it near killed me to smile, behind that smile all I wanted to do was burst into tears for no apparant reason, I haven't been depressed in quite a while and i'm baffled as to why it has happened today.

Need to say: I am an atheist and have no religious agenda here. I surmise (for myself) that about 30% of all Muslims either embrace violence, or turn a deaf ear to it. Though I fully embrace religious freedom of expression... is it perhaps time to exert pressure on this particular religion that seems to tolerate violence? If you agree; how shall we do this most appropriately and in recognition of moral Muslims who eschew violence and work for peace? How do we as a society correct the corruption and blithe apathy within their ranks?

It has been announced by Buckingham Palace that our future monarch, Prince William, will not be attending church today to celebrate the birth of our saviour.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7158800.stm

Is it a national disgrace that our future defender of tha faith will not be at church today. It has already been announced on Sky News that both he and Prince Harry spent last night drinking heavily in a London nightclub so they are obviously too hung over to mark Christ's birth.

I'm building a PC today, and I'm worried that I have installed the cpu incorrectly. (But i'm certain the pin1 and notches are in the right place). When I placed it in and gently nudged it, it moved slightly from side to side. I tried putting it in again, and still did it, so I assumed it was ok. Then when I put the latch down, it seemed stiffer than I expected (but it is my first time). The cpu seemed a bit off-centre, and i'm worried its broken. Any thoughts?

If my girlfriend's period hasn't come, could she have pills? As the instruction of the medicine box said "You should have pills after your period has come".
So can anyone tell me, is it possible to have pills before the period has come, and how many should my girlfriend take? And when should she take the pill? After or before sexual intercourse? And how many should she take?

I read on a site that made really interesting points about this question.

"Logically speaking, it should be the other way around. Alcohol tends to make many people aggressive, leading to a variety of violent crimes, while marijuana does not. Alcohol is a central nervous system depressant, and leads to a serious loss of
coordination and motor skills. At larger doses, alcohol renders one completely unconscious. Drunk drivers cause enormous numbers of automobile accidents and deaths. Marijuana is not a central nervous system depressant, and while one probably shouldn't drive while intoxicated on anything, it simply does not cause anywhere near the loss of motor control that alcohol does, and is only a fraction as dangerous as alcohol in terms of driving. And, a large enough dose of alcohol can and will kill you, while the same is not true of marijuana."

Your thoughts?
