because she gets abuse about her weight from strangers in the street. I can't imagine doing that..but obviously some people think it's justified. Do you make comments about people whose appearance you don't like,so that they can hear? I don't just mean just overweight people, I mean anyone whose appearance doesn't fit in with what you think is 'right' I'm just interested

I've always been curious about this. I happen to have bad vision in one eye. Even with corrective lenses this eye doesn't meet the minimums for a CDL or to become a cop. Isn't this a form of discrimination, or some kind of selective discrimination? I mean, I see plenty of overweight or out of shape cops, short cops, etc. Who's to say that their "disability" isn't any worse than mine for that job?

Don't say "it's because you can't shoot" because I hunt and can shoot with the best of them. I also don't have trouble parking cars or judging distances. Your mind compensates for that in other ways (paying attention to shadows or moving your head around a little to judge depth, etc.). I just think it's discrimination. What do you think?

I know it has caffeine in it but I drink it maybe once a week, I am drinking right now a 20 0z bottle of cherry coke. Somebody told me caffeine can cause miscarriage is this true? and how much (milligrams or percent) of caffeine is safe to consume per day for pregnant women? Doctors have told me 1 cup of coffee is okay, but no more than that. But this is variant information bc some coffee is more potent than others and some cups are larger or smaller, and what about a 20 oz bottle of coke?

A man walks into a bar with his dog and puts the dog on a barstool. The bartender asks the man what he wants to drink.

"I'll have a bourbon and Coke!"

The man then turns to his dog and asks, "What are you going to have, Rover?"

"I'll have a Scotch and soda - light on the soda," says Rover.

The bartender is skeptical about the dog talking. "Come on," he says, "that dog can't talk - you're a ventriloquist!"

"No, Rover can really talk! While I am in the restroom, you can have a conversation with him yourself - but don't let him out of your sight. He is a very valuable dog."

The man goes to the restroom. When he returns, the dog is gone.

"Hey, where's my dog? I told you not to let him out of your sight."

"Aw, I didn't believe that Rover could talk, so I gave him a quarter and sent him to the drug store to buy me a paper."

"Let's go look for him," said the man.

The two went to the drugstore - no Rover. They walked up and down nearby alleys and streets - no dog! Finally, they found Rover in an alley on top of another dog, pumping away.

Pointing his finger at Rover, the man says angrily, "How come you are doing this? You have never done this before!"

Hi! I'm uploading Episodes of a TV Show to Youtube. Each video is 10 min 56 sec and 35 MB . Everytime, I upload on Youtube these videos, and it takes like 15 minutes to upload it! I'm using ADSL internet , High Speed Internet and up to 5MBPS. Is there any way to upload my videos faster??

I live in South Africa which is now one of the Worlds most dangerous countries from a crime perspective. Sadly the crime is brutal (they threatened to put my friends baby in the oven if she did not co-operate) and our lives are filled with stories of 18month babies being raped, people being murdered for a cell phone, etc. My 14 yr old sister is constantly scared that something might happen to her and its getting to the point where its always on her mind.
What can u honestly say to her to make her stop all this worrying? Honestly, I think she is robbing herself of her happiness.
