Well is this girl important to you, to the one that also likes him? Are you important to her? It isn't really either of your choices, who does he like? Make sure that he isn't giving you both the idea that he likes you guys becuase that won't go over to well. If that is your friend, and she cares about you, then she will want you to be happy even if that makes her unhappy, the same way you should okay. This is a complicated decision but I hope that I helped.
