When you are obese, and I am very obese, you have to be happy and confident in the way you are if you want to remain your size. Part of that involves learning to deal with the comments. They are always going to be there because we are easy targets as a result of our size. I take a positive apporach and say "Thanks for noticing my size; yes, I am obese and I love it!" You can't hide from the fact that you are obese. Your size is there for all to see. So let them see it - show it nicely and be happy.

No, I don't do that ever. I mean sure I might think a guy is not exactly the cutest, or I might hate the way this girl might have styled her hair, but I don't say it aloud. That's just being ignorant. Usually in my mind I think how a person can improve on their style, but I try to stop myself because I think who am I to judge on how that person looks? No one.
I don't do it, because I don't like people doing it to me. It has been done when I was very little. They made fun of my nose. My grandpa calls it the Italian nose or whatever. I never thought it was big, until someone pointed it out. Now there's more to the story, and I really hate my other body parts to the point where I cause self destruction to my body so it can be "perfect" in my mind. I always thought if I have enough money I will get a nosejob. Now I won't because, I heard it can affect your singing voice (I want to be a singer), and I'm trying as best as I can to get over with what one person says about me.
It's horrible, people these days have no respect for one another. I mean I'm not saying everyone's perfect, and I know I'm not. But saying rude comments where the person can practically here you is like slapping that person in the face. And I don't do that because I don't want people to end up like me.

I think that there are a lot of pritty cruel people in the world. Bulling often causes low self esteem - i was bullied at school cos i was over weight, and it effected be badley. Luckly college was loads better and im a lot stronger than i use to be.
the world would be a boring place if everyone looked identical.

In all my life I have never been able to underrstand the thought proccess of people who insult, bully, harrass and intimidate others for any reason. I know all the hyperbole about insecurity and lack of self esteem, blah blah blah but that neither excuses nor explains it. I saw a TV show about an 11 year old boy who was a little chunky and he killed himself because of the cruel kids in his class at school.

Some comments in life are not right people should not ridicule others but then again it is a fact that life gives us a choice of opinion and some people choose to be disrespectable. I am fortunate not to associate with such people. Very good question though.

I don't make comments about people's appearance whether they can hear me or not. We all have a preferences as to what we find attractive in someone, but it's appalling that people can offend and hurt someone else without any conscience as to the effect their callous remarks will have.

Saw a girl in boots serving behind the counter, I waited till we were outside before I made a comment to my wife about her over use of makeup. But I couldn't insult someone to their face unless they insulted me first.

No I wouldn't do anything rude to their face but I would probably make a comment to my husband.
If someone is really hard to look at, I just don't focus my eyes on them.Sometimes if we go out and someone has bad table manners, I am not able to eat my dinner. If someone is very obese, I also lose my will to eat.
