any tips on how to finger this chord?

From what I learn online, they use the 3rd finger to bar across string 2,3,4. But how do we do that without muting the 1st string?

I've tried OpenOffice, and while it seems ok, I figured it wasn't worth spending time learning because I have Microsoft Office. But I'm curious to know what are some other open source programs and how do they compare with their popular Windows counterparts.

I would be especially interested in programs like PhotoShop, FreeHand, Publisher, and others.

For what it's worth, I already use Filezilla for FTP.

My husband loves me very much and been a very wonderful father to our kids. But he often cheated on me (goes out with a hooker), maybe more than a dozen times in our 12 years together. I even got STD bec of this. He told me he does it when we have arguments specially about my son w/ my 1st marriage, when he's angry w/ me and this time because i went abroad to work, but i think that he's too hot for sex which he cannot control.
Everytime he always beg for forgiveness and becomes very good afterwards. But after a while he goes back to his old habit. But I always take him back because i was thinking of our kids. I don't want my other kids w/ him to have the same life with my eldest child who grew up with no father and doesn't even feel the love of a father.
I know and feel how much he loves me, but i he always cheated on me. This time he's asking for a last chance. But now i am asking myself, if this kind of person will ever change? Is there still hope? What am I gonna do to help him?

Let me start off by saying that this is going to be long, I just want you to see the WHOLE situation..

Im a guy (im 17), my bestfriend whos a girl (shes 16) thinks theres 2 sides to me.. We have been close friends for 4 months now.. When she first met me (judging by my appearance) she thought I was a player,sleaze,violent towards girls,violent in general, etc.. But she said she thought i was attractive.. When she got to know me she said her opinion changed completey towards me, and that my I look nothing like who i really am inside.. But she would always snap every noe and then and say to me she thinks im a fake, and that theres 2 sides of me, and that im not showing her the real me, and that im just putting on an act.. But REALLY I aint..

I see her VERY rarley but we talk over the phone everyday for hours.. we talk about everything, shes told me alot of personal things about her which she doesnt really tell anyone.. (e.g the depression she went through)..

I have read on this board and others that Reform converts are either not Jewish at all or they are. On Mt Sinai they accepted the law that God gave them, not Rabbi court, no dip in the Mikveh, so why can't a non-Jew do that and be accepted rather than the whole process?
