Not.
They have to cook the pizza. You're lucky to get a pizza in less than 30 minutes. On average, you'll get an ambulance within 15 minutes.

The ambulance is fast. The police on the other hand take hours. I'm not even kidding. It took them 2 hours after the alarm in our house rang.

I live in America and it takes my pizza people far longer than that to get a pizza to me. Perhaps I am ordering form the wrong place???
