For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

good remark - atheism receives an rather undesirable press. basically from utilising this internet website, it appears that evidently that most of the protecting, knee-jerk reactions of insecure theists, are laced with portraying loose wondering athiests as some variety of organised evil idea, transforming into on a daily basis to solid their God or Gods out and take over the international, muh ha ha ha! The that technique of a be conscious will persist with its utilization by the folk. No man or woman or team will be blamed for that. communication will prevail.

Ain't schizo just that, there minds are scattered, so they will blame God, the doctors, nurses, family, friends or they may blame no one as they also think there is nothing wrong with them.

I know someone suffering schizophrenia and after years of treatment, she is finally getting better. It's an interpretive disorder that is strictly brain-based and does not involve the supernatural.
Once she was put on GeoDon, the symptoms eased and she was gradually shifted to other medications while attending psychotherapy. She's happier than she's been in ten years.
She is a Christian, I am an atheist. I'm the one she calls when she's feeling low because I listen instead of preach.

I do not know if I would blame God, I would accept the fact however that God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love Him; if someone is suffering from mental illness that does not disqualify them from God's grace, should they be His elect.
"28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified." - Romans 8:28-30.

I think they are too busy trying to figure out what is going on in their lives to blame God. They have a lot going on.

Someone said,
'When you talk to God, it is called praying,
when God talks back, it is schizophrenia'
I paraphrased as When you talk to God it is praying, when there are trolls and gremlins on the line, schizophrenia, and when god talks back divine understanding and intellectual freedom....Why you may ask, becasue our conversation with god is good and holy, but when we cant be entirely focused, and our remarks are aimed at those we deem to be sniping then yes, we can appear to be slightly doolally...Wacko...A sandwich short of a picnic, a light glimmers but nobody home etc etc....
