There are so many terrorist organizations all over the world in recent years.And most of them fight against Europe and the United States mainly,esp.in the Middle East region.Why?

I don't know CoCo and, have the slightest idea. I went to "Nam in the 60's as a flag waver, thinking if I didn't the world would turn communist.
I was 17 years old, a Ranger, paratrooper, shot twice, spent ten years in the service.
We didn't really know why we were there, only wanted to come home. I cried on guard duty on the lonely jungle trails, usually they found the guard with his throat cut, or worse.
I cussed out Nixon and McNamara and all the Gods from Washington that didn't even know I was there.
When I came home I took my family so far into the Northern wood that had to pump sunshine into us.
It's still the same, nothings changed, has it? My Grandson has been in Iraq for three years, Greed, as an electrician. "Lest we forget"

Remember what Joseph Goebbels said, "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."
Go watch a movie called "Terrorstorm" by Alex Jones. You can see it free of charge on a bunch of places. It's all explained there, but you will need to watch it a couple of times to catch all of the info. I haven't found a single fact that was untrue yet, and I have looked. Hard.

Well, it's not because "they hate us for our freedoms" which is perhaps the most idiotic catch-phrase ever uttered. The CIA refers to it as "blowback". Which means that the policies and especially the actions of "our" government over the past 60 years (especially with the toppling of a democratic government in Iran to put the Shah into power) have consequences.

I would not include Europe,but they certainly hate the USA and Great Britain.This is because both of these great nations were created by God to protect the weak.
