We live in a sinful world that is full of sadness and anguish. God has promised us that things will never happen beyand what we can bare and that our reward for enduring this life and trusting in him is eternal happyness with him in heaven. Care so much that he sent his son to die for us and pay the price for our sin that we may end up in heaven.

You will get a lot of frilly, nonsense answers that might sound good, but are merely versions of "We don't really know, but trust us/God anyway." Excuses about how this is a "fallen world", how some prehistoric couple's decision to eat a fruit sent a supposedly all-wise, loving, all-powerful deity into such a rage that he cursed all of reality...and then blamed not merely the two idiots but ALL of their progeney for rewriting the laws of the universe.

This has nothing to do with God! You can blame Mahomet??
The problems always come from inside and with solutions! And believe it or not we create our own problems... It's so easy to blame here and there... all is always coming from ourselves rather than from the outside! Take when you get into an argument with someone: that is because different viewpoint, don't think the same way etc... It's all the same.
Take care!

One could argue that needless sufferring cannot be determined because it could not be essentially "needless". They would say that God is preventing a worse evil or pomoting a greater good, or that we as humans do not have the ability to see the connection between events that we deem problematic with our limited knowledge. To see something like this would require divine knowledge or omniscience.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

I think you said it right there: His schedule is simply filled up. He's years behind. So much so, he hasn't taken a vacation in eons.
