Since someones criminal record is public record, is getting the records as easy as calling up the court house and requesting a copy of the record?

my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost nine months now. we have had a rocky relationship the past few but were hanging in there. my problem is that i have no idea what to get him for christmas. i want to get him something that he will remember me by, and he said he would like something he can use. thats my only clue =/ i want more then a gift for him because i know how great it makes you feel to receive a personal gift as compared to a gift card. =/ any good ideas out there? any idea will do. thanks so much!

at the Temple and I offered to go to Her services. Will I encounter any problems at Kindom Hall? Locked in a closet until I accept Jesus as the Messiah? Do you think I should not tell anyone at my Temple her religion, so she does not get bombarded with questions that would make her uncomfortable? Please help! No I am not asking if you can be bored by yourself, but can you be boring by yourself?
In answer to a question about being boring, many people have talked about doing things by themselves as if that is boring, but they are talking about things like reading a book, and having time by themselves doing what they want to do, that is not my idea of boring.

I read today as many of you did, some mind numbing trivia that the prettier spears is having a baby. Usually I hate media distractions but sometimes they touch on the cultures views on larger issues, like black stars and the injustice system. But Jami ( if you were older I could say you were hot) spears is basking in maternal glow, proud to be a young mother and I say good for her. My generation has been obsessed with putting child birth off til after they finish partying and living at home which occurs around 45. I myself was a teen parent, I am 37 and my daughter is about to turn 20. My peers who waited are still getting divorced after waiting forever to get married. People acted like young parents was a curse when actually there has only been 1(now ) 2 generations in history where being a teen mother(like the virgin mary) hasn't been the norm. her family has $$ so no welfare, like many poor older women end up on after divorce. Why be 50 with a kid in pre-school. kids for 2-20

he would use to log-on.

Her husband was in a rather amorous mood and figured he would try for the shock
effect to bring this to his wife's attention. So, when the computer asked him to
enter his password, he made it plainly obvious to his wife that he was keying

She does not speak english and i cant understand very much spanish. Am i wrong for not feeling comfortable with letting her watch my baby while we r gone for a couple days? I feel uncomfortable with it bc i cant commuicate with her even though he can i want to be able to talk to her and tell her things about the baby and things she likes and what she is used to. and plus i want her to be able to play with my nephew who is 4 months older than her so she will be occupied some while we r gone bc she has never spent a night away from us much less been gone away from us for a very long period at a time!! so i currently have a 3 month old. the father and i split up back in april. we're just now gettin to go to the attorney general to start the child support. how do we go about the visitation with out having to go to court? and will he get to keep her over night immediatley or do they have a certain age for the babies? i honestly don't think its fair him getting her right away, but just wondering if someone knows the age.

My grand-daughter said her art teacher told the whole class that he can take them over his knee and spank them,because when they are in school he is their father and can spank them.It started because the other art teacher(female)gets very mad at the kids when they don't do what she says,the kids say they don't understand what she wants she is not making herself clear.When they try to do what she says and do it wrong she starts to cry and says she is quiting.Then she runs to the male teacher to deal with the class.She is like this with all grade 7-10 kids.every single class.Now some of the kids don't even want to go to art any more and some have taken up skipping that class.My grand-daughter is worried she is going to be hit,she will not skip like the other kids and she is trying very hard to do what this woman says.

i don't see how anyone except someone who has been in that situation could defend it. the amount of money that you think she made off of her show does not excuse her pregnancy at 16. her sister britney has more money than she does and she was in her 20s when she got pregnant and we all know that britney shouldn't have any kids.

We are having a small wedding next October with just close friends and family (about 50). My brother and I are very close, my FH has also become very close to him. I am having my SIL be my MOH and my FH wants my brother to be his BM. I really want my brother to walk me down the isle tho because my dad passed away 3 yrs ago. Do you think that it would be too wierd if he were to walk me down the isle then stand next to my FH to be his best man? or would this be acceptable?
