Super Bowl XLII: Patriots Vs. Packers
This would be a re-match of Super Bowl XXXI, where the Packers beat the Patriots 35-21... however, I would NOT count a an identical score this time around because of the sheer explosiveness of the New England Offense this time around...
Result:
Patriots: 42 Packers: 28

I think the Jags are a good team, but not good enough to beat the Pats this year.
I think the Pats and the Packers

Colts v Cowboys
Joveitti_13: You left something out of your "most S.B. wins" equation.... SF 49ers 5-0, Cowboys 5-3, Steelers 5-1, just wanted to clear that up ...When the 9ers go to the show they don't blow it!!!!

Jags are good enough to beat anyone in the league except for Colts and Pats. And they would need to beat BOTH to do it. Won't happen.
I have to go with NE and Dallas. Though I do think Colts are capable of winning in Foxboro. And if TO starts to meltdown, anyone can beat Dallas.
