I'm 19, 5'7 and I weigh about 140lbs. Probably a little more.
I know this is a healthy normal weight and blablabla... I don't feel good about my body and that's what matters. I have sort of flabby arms, thighs and my bum and belly could definately use some work.
So I want suggestions to what I can do to lose some weight and tone up!
I don't have time to work out! I walk to work which is about 30 minutes and that's that.
I try to eat healthy but lately I've been eating so much junk and it's had a bad impact on my mood, body, SKIN etc. so no more of that.
I want some HEALTHY suggestions to meal plans, please.
