There are people who take orders or run dispatch from home. But if you want to do any sort of professional work, you need to work on your grammar and punctuation. Writing any sort of report or company correspondence is out of the question for you. But maybe taking service calls and scheduling appointments. Accounting work. Accounts recievable can be processed at your home, if you go in once a week and collect checks, and accounts payable, since you can go in once a week and collect the bills.

You may be able to take the techinicians reports and enter the data into a database from home. Just go pick up the previous days reports in the morning or something.

You have options, but they will be limited. It's also going to be hard to pay you, since you work from home there is no one to say when you are working and when you are answering phone calls, checking your email, watching tv or making dinner. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

well that's good for you the only thing is there a high demand on air conditioners in your area? because if that's all your going to sell you have long periods of wait for customers and plus you would be competing against many big stores that sell them. It all depends wether you would be cut out for that or not.

no reason you couldnt be in customer service - if you know enough about their product to answer questions about it and with internet connection you could have access to their system and do things like booking service calls or taking installation orders, lots of work would not need you to be in their office as long as you can have access to their system from home!
