I usually have two main course meats. Turkey, ham, prime rib roast, BBQ'd ribs, goose, etc. This year, we're having turkey and a prime rib roast.

I usually dine out for Christmas dinner, so it depends on what's on the menu. Usually I steer clear of turkey or ham, and choose something else.

Depends on where we have xmas dinner. Mum tends to try feeding an entire army so it's ham, turkey, chicken, lamb and salads. I like it when we grab some prawns!
