your opinion?

So I'm leaving in 2 days and staying at the property; I just realized (to my dismay) that they are building CityCenter right next door. My question is, how can I minimize the noise, in terms of which floor/side to stay on? Also, would bringing earplugs be a good idea?

Or am I being too melodramatic?

That the Government and The Financial Authorities are worried that we are going to spend too much on our Credit Cards.
The Bank of England is going to help out the poor struggling Banks today to the sum of £10 billion.
Here is a thought why doesn't this corrupt incompetent Government help out the consumer? Is it any wonder we are having to use credit for Christmas when we are taxed to the hilt so much, Nobody has the money for Christmas Due to all the Tax this government takes off us.

Your thoughts on this please.

Should we just stop speaking out? Just check my profile, especially that first link, to know that we are in fact speaking out and holding rallies the world over in condemnation of the terrorists. They're harming us, too, you know. If you wanted to look at the hadith about it, it even says to not kill your own species (humans).

So should the Muslims here just forget about showing that we don't all want to kill people? Should we stop encouraging peace, tolerance, and understanding and just let you keep on with the thought that we all want to come after you (superiority complex much??)

I think so. I think I'm just going to stop promoting any kind of peace or tolerance here. Your minds are set already. We get it, you hate all of us and want us dead. You think we all want to harm you and your families, we get it. You think we worship the moon and what not.

Do any other Muslims feel this way? Like we should just forget about these people and concentrate on our lives?

just a plain affectionate hug.. or a goodnight kiss.. or a good morning kiss.. I miss it so much.

(he doesn't seem to understand how much i yearn for it, i talked to him about it, no effect)


today morning, i requested him for a hug, and he point blank refused. but it was all normal business after then, he was joking and all. he didn't even notice, that i was down, and cried a bit after he had left the room.

I just started a good job. I was put in a higher position than I normally work in. The thing is, I've been a stay at home mom for almost 10 years except here and there. I don't know what to say to people. People know I'm divorced because my mom knows one of the girls that works there. People ask me personal questions and I'm too honest. How can I lead the conversation more toward something other than me, my divorce or my kids. I don't know what else to talk about. I'm shy as well. HELP!!

this happened a couple of months ago and its been bothering me quite a bit. i am no longer a virgin but in august(i was a virgin) i was very drunk with this guy and we started kissing and made our way into the bedroom. the kissing led to touching and fingering and then he gave me oral. the next thing i remember was him on top of me...and well its kind of a blur. i think we had sex but not sure because i was quite sore the next day but didnt bleed or anything. how do i know if we had sex, i didnt ask or cant ask because i was leaving the next morning and left him asleep :s

There are many people here illegally from other countries.
People come from European countries.
People come across the Mexican border, across the Canadian border and many don't even sneak in they come in legally and stay passed their visa expires
And by the way many illegal immigrants coming from the Mexican border arent even Mexicans.
