That sounds like a good way to drum up more interest in the space program. I think they are required to wear space suits during some of the mission. But I think a lot more people would tune into educational stuff they do on orbit.
Astronauts are usualy in pretty good shape.

Spring vacation: girls gone wild in space. It would be hard for anyone to outdo that. If Nasa were interested in turning a profit that's probably the first thing they would try.
