He is on probation for a class B misdemeanor, criminal mischief charge. The county just picked up the 'false identity' thing and has issued a warrant for a class b misdemeanor. What is the most likely outcome of this, extension or revocation? He has never had a dirty UA or missed reporting but is a little behind on his payments. They have been willing to work with us on that so far but i'm afraid this new charge will change things.
Also we need to move to another county- in two days- due to financial reasons. How do we go about this without it being considered as absconding?
Help!!!

I recently adopted an adult cat. I absolutely love everything about her, except for when I'm sleeping, she always jumps on my bed and attacks my feet, it doesn't matter if my feet are underneath the covers, or exposed. And it actually hurts alot! I love her sleeping on the bed with me, but I really don't like it when she attacks my feet though. She hates the spray bottle that I have for when she attacks my feet, but I dont want to use it too much and her not want to get on the bed with me, or be afraid I will squirt her every time she jumps up there. Is there any way that I can communicate with her to let her know that it is ok to get on the bed to SLEEP, but not ok to attack my feet?

Okay Im 12 Years Old 5"4" And 123 Pounds. I Feel So Fat And When I Look In The Mirror I Hate What I See. I was recently terminated from my job. The "reasons" they gave me seemed reasonable, even though I was shocked. Another manager there had done exactly the same thing I did, which was common knowledge, but she didn't get any type of discipline for her actions. Funny thing is, this termination came as a complete surprise to me, which I guess it shouldn't have because my District Manager had been singling me out ever since I fell and re-injured my back at work. Now I'm definetly wondering if the real reason they let me go was my worker's comp claim. I live in NV which is a "right-to-work" state, so I could not file a wrongful termination complaint with the labor board...anyone have some legal knowledge that might help me out here?

Also posted this in singles section, but thought that since te wedding is in a month that mabye it should be here as well. Been with him three years. Never cheated. Never wanted to. Then with a month to go, I weaken. I had no right to do what i did. But if i tell him, I get dumped. I'd like to put it behind me. Is that not proper? The friend seduced me. And we had sorta been in a fight. Doesn't make my actions right. But I still dont want to punish myself for one terrible mistake. The friend promises not to say anything. In fact, he keeps begging me not to say anything. Thoughts?

My uncle is hard to find christmas gifts for, what should I get him? stealing, public nudity, marijuana use, and underage drinking. Not all of them, just one charge maybe, and not even a big one. Like say you stole a 20 dollar item, or got caught smoking pot once. Would they just think you were a kid then, but now you know better. Or will they completely reject you for it?
