If u were faced with two choices, either to attend an
environmental awareness program, or to benefit from a sale at an electrical appliances store, which would u choose?

A. Attend the environmental awarness program
B. Buy stuff at low prices.
C. I won't go at all.

Please be honest!
I am conducting a survey for my school project so it would be helpful if you mention your educational level, experience, background and age. Thanks.

well maidaonline2k,

I am a current medical major, geological minor student age 23 who is a good shopper and cares for the environment.

Personally and ethically I choose A. go to a environmental awareness program to help the environment. you and I both know products do not go anywhere and sales do not only happen once. not every day you have an environmental awareness program.

Another reason I choose A. is because they may have some tips as to which products to buy that are energy efficient and better for the environment. Ex. I bought these 13W fluorescent bulbs (those funny looking swirly bulbs) for my house. they are only 13-15W each and bright. They are VERY energy efficient better for the environment (about 75% less energy use). things like this you would learn at an environment awarness program. So, here is a question for you. Where did you save (energy, money)? had you just gone to the store to but random things on sale such as energy eating 60-100W lightbulbs. Where did you save? had you spent a little extra for a 13W fluorescent bulb, also greater longevity, and save a lot on your energy bill for the rest of the year and years to come.

Good luck on your survey!
