I am part of a Christian Hospital system and would like to give each of our patients a Bible in their own language that they can read on their own as part of their whole person care. Thanks!

Visit a lot of hotels. They have free ones there.

Or better yet, don't bother. People in a hospital are having a hard enough time without you there pushing your superstitions on them.

Why not approach Gideons? The probably have some in the language you require or have access to them much cheaper than you can get them. Check with one of the Pastors / Ministers, they should be able to get you the necessary assistance without the need to do the fund raising.

Contact the Gideons. They have Bibles in many languages that they freely distribute.

Why not leave them alone or ask them what they would LIKE to read?

Even the Baptist Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi doesn't stoop as low as you. You crawl on your belly with the snakes.
