My walls are soft cream color and I want to paint them blue, the paint right now is oil based, its too shinny, I want to paint them with a flat paint, I think looks better, I want to paint them blue, do I need a primer? and one more thing, since I am in a budget, what would be an affordable paint???? thanks.

A woman is taken with a bad attack of the farts. .everywhere she went it was phtttt here and phttt there Until she could take it no longer so she went to the doctors. Doctor phttt she says phttt phttt I have this phttt phttt problem, Can you stop phttt phttt me farting phttt. Well I don't know, says the doc, Get stripped of and bend over that table. Ok phttt phttt says the woman and she gets stripped of and bends over. With that the doctor reaches out and takes a big pole which was leaning against the wall. Last night I asked a question about "bullies" and how we could identify them. After reading the answers, I realized (for the first time in my life) that I am a "bully" .... and I don't like being one. (I am too bossy in everything I do.)

1. Please suggest how I can change that part of my "mind set". Example give me your philosophy of life that helps you not to be a bully.

2. While I am trying to change that part of my personality, please give me a suggestion on how to guard against being a bully in my daily life. -- maybe a few catch phrases that will remind me to let others know I respect their "freedom of choice".

I have to ask this question because it just happened at the job I work for. A lady that works there told me that her daughter was coming to work the following day. The next day, I was asking her about the daughter because I mistakenly thought this other girl was her, and she told me that they wouldn't hire her because she was in the Reserves, and it was likely she would be going to Iraq, and that someone else who really needed a job could get this job. I thought that was so funky. Look, I just want honest answers here. No opinions. If you got facts. let me hear it.

He got into trouble earlier this year, for which he received probation for foolishness. So I've been quite skeptical about letting him hang out late at nite w/his friends because he doesn't need to have ANY police contact if he plans to get through this probationary period. However, he feels that I'm totally overboard in my thinking and that nothing is going to happen to him. He's a young black male, with a distinctively noticeable vehicle and I KNOW for a fact that he's going to get pulled over if he continues to drive around at all hours of the nite. So lately he's been quite disrespectful, threatening to move out, staying out all nite & not coming home til the next morning. I'm trying to maintain some type of relationship w/him, however, he's making it very hard for me to continue. I've had friends/family that have told me to put him out of the house & let him find out how hard life is. I'm a little hesitant to do that

My hubby made out and kissed another married woman that we are both friends with apparently. I found out about their session from a common source a few months ago. Anyway I have not told my hubby that I know about them. I used to be able to eat chocolate, then in college I remember that I would have a midnight munchy and get a hersheys bar with almonds... about 5 years ago I noticed that if I had even a little piece of chocolate I could literally take my fingers and wipe oil from that little spot between my lower lip and my chin. Then, about 1 1.2 yrs ago I noticed that if I had a piece of chocolate I would get the oily skin and then I would break out.
Then, the past 9 months if I even eat a piece of chocolate the size of a quarter I get hives all over my arms.

Is this what you'd call a progressive allergy? Is there a name for this?

Hi Ive been on the Depo Jag for over thre years and I;m thinking of coming off it, not to get pregnant but because I think it may be bad for me. Ive been Ill almost the whole time Ive been on it and also put on a lot of weight and been very depressed. The only thing I can link it all to is the depo. Doctors say they arent aware of any side effects, does anyone have any similar experiences and or advice? Any thought wuld be appreciated. Thanks xx

I may not be asking this right, but there a lot of folks who blame religion for much of the viloence and unrest in the world today. I don't go to a church because I chose not to, but I do believe Christ died for my sins and I read God's word. Is all this condemnation of religion due to the false or erronious teaching in our churches today?

It's not that I'm a rebellion in the family. I'm prefectly a good girl with good moral backgrounds,
My whole family is going to church every single morning,
And I'm just lazying at home, which I like, I get my privacy.
Not that I hate church, I hate the people there.
People there just go to church for going to church sake,
Not for God. Just to say that "I go to church".
How fake is that? I can't handle it! I can't be with a bunch of fakers (no offense)
The pastors are just repeating the previous pastor's sermon, the sing-song group is just singing, no life in the singing,
People are sleeping in church for goodness sake!
So, I'm running out of ideas how to refrain going to church,

Now my aunt is FORCING me to go to church, and it's not going to make me more holy or anything...
How can you force someone to go to church? It must be a free will thing right?

Please answer seriously.... I know it's bad, but seriously, I hate that place.

Twas the month after Christmas,

Nothing would fit me, not even a blouse.
The cookies I'd nibbled, the eggnog I'd taste
At the holiday parties, had gone to my waist.

And prepared once again to do battle with dirt---

So--away with the last of the sour cream dip,
Get rid of the fruit cake, every cracker and chip
Every last bit of food that I like must be banished

I won't have a cookie--not even a lick.
I'll want only to chew on a long celery stick.
