If the person is trying to tease or annoy you for amusement, you can do it with more of a jovial nature...but firmly to let him/her know that you have had enough.
If the person is causing you harm or emotional distress, you can be as forceful as you need to be to get the seriousness of the message across.
If you want the person out of your life entirely, then be honest....you have the wording, it's the emotion behind the words that will have the desired effect.
