Is Hilary Clinton a Lair?
On September 6th 2006 Hilary Clinton “denied running from the Presidential office” on ABC NightLine News, while being interview by Cynthia McFadden.

It’s well known that Politicians use the “I’m not running” tactic to see if people would really vote for them. Would you consider that; being lied to, knowing she was using political attics to see if people will vote for her?

An American captain meets up with his new First Officer and they don't get along very well.

"I have to tell you I don't like Chinese people" the captain tells him first off.

"Why you no like Chinese?" says the astonished wee man.

"Because you lot bombed Pearl Harbour!" thunders the irate master.

"No, no, no!" yells the Chinaman, "Japanese bomb Pearl Harbour, no Chinese!"

The captain is not impressed

"Japananese, Chinese, Vietnamese, ...all the same to me!" he bellows.

There is a silence of about twenty minutes as they stare away from each other.

"Me no like the Jews." the First Officer says suddenly.

The captain, being Jewish, is perturbed by this.

"Why don't you like the Jews?" he said

"Because Jewish people sink Titanic." returns the FO.

The captain bursts out laughing, "It was an iceberg that sunk the Titanic!" he says

"Iceberg, Goldberg, Speilberg, Rosenberg...all the same to me!"

How long for a Representative?

How long is the term of office for a Representative?

How old must a Representative be to hold office?

How long must a Representative have been a citizen to hold office?

How long must a Rep. have lived in the US to serve?

Any answer to any question would be fine. Thanks!

My dad's boss gave my dad four tickets to the Laker game on Sunday. My dad took both of my brothers and I and we had a blast! I know my dad will thank his boss in his own way, but I wanted to mail a thank you card from me personally.

I have to make a persuasive speech in which my argument is that laptops are better than desktops. So far I have made a list of pros and cons for each:

Laptop
Pros: Portable, All in one design, more productivity(can use it anywhere), sleek designs, lots of choices(size, weight, prices), wireless internet
Cons: more expensive, fragile,

Desktop
Pros: Faster, less expensive, can have bigger monitors,
Cons: Big, lot of wires, takes up a lot space

The speech has to be over 6 minutes so I don't think I have enough information. Does anyone have any other good arguments why laptops are better than Desktops? Thank You.

seriously... its like every problem is different! :[ Now i need to use the second derivative test to find the relative maxma and minima...

y=-2x^2 + 8x + 25

okay. so i can find the first and second derivatives of these just fine.. but the second derivative turns into a constant so how do i go about using that to figure out the extremas?

Fred leans down to pet the dog, which jumps up at him and pulls Fred's hat off his head.

Before Fred can react, the dog has run into the corner and sits down to chew up Fred's hat.

Fred turns to the owner and says "Can't you keep that dog under control?" The guy replies "Do me a favour; the dog is only doing what dogs do, don't be such a jessie."

Fred gets quite heated at this, and replies "Oh yeah? Well listen, pal, I dont much like your attitude."

To which the guy responds "Thats too bad. For a start, it wasn't my hat he chewed - it was yours."

This is a naturally occurring phenomena. Can you explain it?

For an example, see http://s226.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/jackphotos123/?action=view¤t=moon.jpg and ignore the photoshopped moon in the picture.
