We have a 20+ year old house and want to do some updates. Several of the walls have wallpaper on them. With the exeception of one room that has grass paper (I know I have to remove that), I'd like to know if I can scrape off the areas that are lifting up (so there's no bubbles or gaps) and then paint over it instead of removing it. Has anyone ever done that with a lot of success... or with a complete flop? Any pro painters out there that have done this a lot? Or is it absolutely the wrong thing to do. I really need to figure this out so if you have direct experience, please let me know what happened.

we all know now that replying to violation emails is a waste of time and energy. Do you understand the mentality of folk who report a song title as a violation..... Yet one can be insulted with foul language and ignorant insults and they are left alone.To be honest now i say bring it on you fools to the so called trolls. I have a Dell Inspiron E1505, & I'm not sure what happened, but somehow the screen came on this morning with a huge smash in the glass under the screen's "skin".

I'm not sure what you can do when this happens to a laptop .. is there a place I can go to repair this, or should I contact the manufacturer? If you can tell me about how much this will cost to repair, that'd be great too. Thanks for the input.

I am a stay at home mother, my husband works. I do recieve disability but it is not taxed and I don't believe I claim it. Does anyone know how my husband should file? Would he file as head of household, Married filing jointly or married filing separately?

Saturday I tried this...with real people and everything.
I am really not trying to be "snarky" on this one, because it all reality with the assistance of alcohol people bring there inhibitions down and open up a lot more. I asked questions and I found that even with the amount of alcohol in my system nothing still seemed feasiable.
However I did discover that playing the "drinking" game in real context was much more difficult..in keeping up that is.
So I am wondering if anyone has had any luck converting another person under the infuence of alcohol?

I'm looking to buy a Graco double stroller, the one where one seat is behind the other. I have an infant and a 38 lb. preschooler. The weight limit on the seat is 40 lbs.

Has anyone used a stroller like this with a 40 - 45 lb child? I don't need it for more than 6 months, but I want to know if it will even work for my 38 lb. child.

Does anyone have any recomendations? I need a double stroller that I can clip the infant seat into (for the baby's safety). Also, I need one that I can find cheap and second hand. The Graco double strollers are available at thrift shops and in the want ads.

Thanks for your advice/experience!
