Saturday I tried this...with real people and everything.
I am really not trying to be "snarky" on this one, because it all reality with the assistance of alcohol people bring there inhibitions down and open up a lot more. I asked questions and I found that even with the amount of alcohol in my system nothing still seemed feasiable.
However I did discover that playing the "drinking" game in real context was much more difficult..in keeping up that is.
So I am wondering if anyone has had any luck converting another person under the infuence of alcohol?
Thanks.

I need to clarify that I did not initiate the conversation at all. I however was pounded with questions regarding my non-belief. I was just wondering if they felt they had better luck converting me if I was under the influence.

I have been talked into streaking while drinking, but never convinced by any religion. Apparently streaking is more reasonable, even while intoxicated.

17 Jager bombs! No wonder nobody understood anything! LOL! No hallucinations with those Jager bombs? At any rate, you can't really find God in an alcoholic beverage. You might think you can but that's a whole other ball of wax. I don't believe I've ever seen a conversion in a bar to be honest.

How can you drink that sh*t? It makes me cringe just thinking about it.
As far as conversion goes, I doubt anyone has had luck converting someone under the influence of alcohol. In the morning they will have forgotten all about it and the resulting hangover will have them cursing all that's "holy".

Having 17 Jager bombs without ending up in the hospital is proof that "someone up there' was watching out for you!

(Ha, Ha...kidding...but thought that it was funny)

The thought of 1 Jager bomb makes my stomach turn... 17 just makes me ill. Then again, I prefer the girly drinks where you can't taste the alcohol. :-)

No, dear, you are far from a lost cause, you are just trying to think some things through. Jesus said 'love the Lord with all your mind' which to me means you've got to at least have the mind engaged, which you certainly seem to do. Good for you!
Edit--but I am worried about your liver.

Reading your question makes me want to vomit.

And "yes, it IS just the thought of 17 Jager bombs."

Snarky, no one is ever a lost cause and neither are you, as long as you're alive and kicking, but better to be stone-cold sober. Maybe going about being in the spirit the wrong way? ;-)

17 jager bombs and your heart is still in working order? I think you might just be part deity.

Never tried, but that is not my gift. Try reading the word with an open heart since your mind is closed.

Oh, wow! I've got to try this with some of my pagan friends!

Maybe with enough mead in me, I'll become a real Pagan and get a pantheon!
