Hi everyone. I'm re decorating my kitchen & want to do a oriental, japenese theme/style, but also want to keep it quite modern. Does anyone know of any good websites for inspiration & for purchasing accessories etc. If there is anyone thats already done this style in their kitchen, any advice much appreciated. Thanks :-)

I am in the process in reading the bible.
Many times I hear people refer to having faith and reading the bible with an open mind.
I see before me a rampant cycle which I do not understand the starting/stopping point.
If one looks at the bible as a historical context of God/Jesus..one has to look at the bible with a degree of skeptism.
If one is to have faith shouldn't they have an understanding of the historical context written in the bible?
I do not get this...

I met once one boy who looked interesting to me. I didn't noticed him before but I saw him sometimes smiling at me. I thought it's not something special. I am quite complicated and I have problems with myself sometimes.

And once I was in a lesson and rised my head and I saw he was gazing at me. It was quite warm and I liked that.
I have a few persons who understand me indeed. And I thought that he could be one of them. Then I started to look for some information on the internet. And I saw his form once where he looked very communicating and courageous person who has many girls around him. Something like 'ladies' man'. Nothing similar to me. In the lessons he smiled at me.

Once I saw he walking in the street with a friend. I said him 'hallo' but he didn't answered. So I didn't understand why he smiled at me but didn't greet me in the street?
Maby there is some kind of persons who have 'two lifes' - one with many friends and another with serious,intellegant personalities?

I have been with my boyfriend for going on 3 years now & we have been talking about having a child. I am not on birth control and I already have one child however, I just can't seem to get pregnant. I know it's not him cause he has 6 children of his own. We would like to have one of our own, I'm starting to think it's me that's the problem. Any suggestions on what I can do?

cuz our s-3 was really the only one that really did work in the battalion and they kicked him out for some stupid reson and we dont know wat to do to get him back in the jrotc program so can some one help us thanks

I've wandered into this category from time to time and it seems every time there's a question about the McCanns. Are they still in the news in another country? They haven't been on the major stations in the US since the Portuguese were thinking about pressing charges on the mother. So why does everyone still keep talking about the McCanns?

I mean, my heart breaks for lil Madeleine, she was just an innocent child. I honestly don't know what to think about her parents -- why did they leave such young children home alone in the first place?

But seriously, everyday someone has something to ask about the McCanns here. Why? I know, I'm not helping 'cuz I just asked a question about them myself, lol.

Does anyone have any farmer tricks for medical issues or worming or anything else other than bringing a pet to the vet. We have dogs, cats, and horses and would like to make a list of alternative aids such as baby asprin for hurts in the dogs or ivomec as a wormer and stuff like that. All advice welcome.

I have this woman calling every day demanding to speak to the owner of the company. When I ask what it is regarding, she gives me the company name (which I have never heard of). Then I ask what it is regarding, she asks me if I am the owner or co owner. She has not gotten through to the "owner" any day this month, why does she continue to call me and be rude to me? Does she actually think being rude will get her a sale? There are just some days I hate my job.

I was contacted this morning by an automated phone call saying I would receive 2 free bording passes for an "all-inclusive cruise to Nassau, Bahamas" just for answering a 10 question survey. It also said all entertainment and food would be included. It said they did not need any credit card or bank information. It said they only needed the name I would want on my bording pass. I took the survery. I actually talked to a real person afterwards, I asked her what the catch was, she informed me there was no catch. All they needed was my name and a phone number for a representative to call me within 72 hours to get the name I wanted on my bording passes. I gave her a made up name and my cell number. I am just interested in seeing if I receive another phone call. Where else can I find out info on checking if this is another holiday scam???? HELP ME FIGURE THIS ONE OUT!!!!

I don't have a problem with it...I love kids, but I just wonder why they do it.

I understand if I've just done something nice for them or if they haven't seen me in awhile, but sometimes I'll be explaining an assignment to them, or reading a story, or sitting at my desk grading papers, and they just come up and hug me.

Why? Is it that they're not getting attention at home? Again, I don't mind it, just wondering why. I'm a first year teacher with no children of my own.
